Description

Over and Out is a fun way for kids to learn adding and subtracting "IN THEIR HEADS". Play a card on the pile without going over the TIP TOP limit. The pile total changes each time a card is played. The pile total can go up or down depending on what card you play. Keep track of that pile total - if the card you play keeps it equal to or less than the TIP TOP limit you are safe, but if you go OVER you are OUT!.
