Young Inventor Challenge at The Chicago Toy and Game Fair! Calling all Kids!!!

The winning inventor will be featured in Inventor’s Digest, receive a year’s subscription from Inventor’s Digest, a box of games and lunch for her/him and their family with Mike Hirtle, Head of Global Product Acquisition and Inventor Relations at Hasbro, Dave Okada, Vice President, Inventor Relations at Mattel and Chip Voigt, President of Fundex.

What inventor wouldn't want such an opportunity?  And they, as well as other industry executives, will be reviewing all toy and game inventions in the Challenge!

Boy Scouts participating can also qualify for an Entrepreneur Merit Badge courtesy of Daniel Sabato, a Merit Badge Counselor when he isn't doing marketing at Fundex. All scouts in uniform get in free and there are many opportunities for both Girl and Boy Scouts to get other badges.

Lund and Company will be running the Challenge this year bringing top professional inventor expertise. They have designed some of the hottest toys on the market, including Vac-Man, Baby Alive, Baby Go Boom, Hydrogen Fuel Rocket, the 2007 “Toy Of The Year” TMX Elmo (fastest selling toy in history), along with Mini TMX Friends Ernie and Cookie Monster. In addition, they operate Lund Technologies, L.L.C., a separate research and development company for hydrogen powered toys and other products.  Lund Technologies is responsible for the award-winning hydrogen powered R/C vehicle and the Hydrogen Fuel Rocket, as featured on the Today Show and New Scientist magazine.
